With a background in top-level design and implementation of advanced injection molding smart factories, coupled with experience from a foreign-listed enterprise in the intelligent system industry, and having served as the engineering project director of a technology company, I have long been deeply involved in the fields of injection molding planning and construction as well as injection molding process technology. I excel in the full-process and multi-disciplinary management of large industrial projects, and have accumulated rich practical experience, especially in new supporting projects in the optical and medical fields. Known for precise schedule control, rigorous cost management, and excellent delivery quality, I am committed to achieving efficient project implementation and maximizing customer value through refined construction management.

Overall strategic planning of the factory    

   Capacity planning, overall plant layout, process flow planning, future flexible expansion reservation, and overall lean logistics solution design.

Intelligent production line and process planning 

  Automated production line planning, process cycle time optimization, ergonomics design, error-proofing process design, OEE improvement, and efficiency enhancement.

Intelligent Warehousing and Logistics System Planning  

    Automated storage and retrieval system (AS/RS), line-side warehouse, AGV distribution path, WMS/MES logistics linkage, and full-chain logistics optimization from raw materials to semi-finished products and finished goods.

Plant electromechanical and utility engineering planning    

   Overall design of strong and weak electricity, HVAC, compressed air, cooling water, vacuum, water supply and drainage, clean room electromechanical systems, and energy consumption systems.

Digital factory system planning   

   MES, WMS, SCADA, equipment networking, data collection, digital twins, visual management, and ERP-MES-WMS are fully integrated.

Implementation of EHS and compliance planning   

  

Implementation of lean production and IE improvement   

   Value stream analysis, elimination of the seven major wastes, standard work, rapid mold change, on-site 5S, and establishment of a continuous improvement system.

Quality traceability and quality control system 

   Full-process batch traceability, SPC monitoring of key processes, inspection station planning, and establishment of a quality closed-loop management system.

Management of the entire project implementation process 

   The entire cycle from design to bidding, construction, commissioning, and acceptance involves overall planning, cost control, schedule management, multi-party collaboration, and risk management.
