Through research, we have planned a new factory, designed a smart park, optimized logistics flow, implemented lean production layout, applied automation, conducted digital top-level design, introduced AGV intelligent logistics, set up a central vertical warehouse system, and ensured the availability of water, electricity, gas, and materials, as well as the implementation of core process auxiliary equipment.
